House Rules

  • Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property for security and insurance reasons.
  • The names and addresses of all guests other than those named in the booking confirmation letter must be declared before arrival, this includes any guests who may be arriving after the keys have been handed over.
  • All registered guests should have a travel insurance policy which includes public liability.
  • The apartment is self catering so, although we provide, toilet paper, soap, sponge and cloths, garbage bin liners etc, we would appreciate it, if these items could be replaced after use.
  • The rental cost includes air conditioning in the bedrooms only. If the air conditioning is required in the kitchen and Living room, there will be an extra charge of USD$12.00 per night per unit.
  • We do not allow smoking, or candles due to the fire risk and the ever increasing cost of insurance.
  • We also do not allow parties and excessive use of alcohol.
  • Please treat the apartment with care and leave it clean and tidy as you found it on arrival.
  • Please do not remove any beach chairs, appliances etc from the property without prior agreement with owner.

Checking In and Security Deposit

Upon arrival the guest will be required to pay the balance of the rental cost plus the security deposit, in cash prior to receiving the keys to the apartment. Apart from normal wear and tear, the deposit will be used to cover any expenses incurred by the owner as a result of damage to the property requiring replacement or excessive cleaning, and/or damage to contents (including furniture and appliances) listed in the inventory. The deposit will be returned to the guest following satisfactory inspection and cleaning of the apartment prior to the arrival of the next guest. Should there be a problem, an estimate for the repair/replacement will be prepared and the balance of the deposit will be returned either immediately or no later than 14 days from departure.

Checking Out

Guests will be required to check out by 11AM on the final day, in order to allow time for cleaning and inspection of the apartment. A programmable safe has been provided for valuables, such as camera, passport, money etc. Please ensure that the safe is empty and key returned to owner/agent also by midday. Arrangements can be made to store luggage for a few hours in the afternoon prior to departure for the airport, however valuables as mentioned above must not be left on the premises.Please leave the apartment clean and tidy, the agent reserves the right to keep part of the security deposit to use towards cleaning costs if necessary.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a booking, please contact management. There will be a $100 USD cancellation fee on any refunded money.

A. Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 100% of the booking deposit.

B. Bookings canceled less than 90 days, but more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund of 50% of the booking deposit.

C. Bookings canceled less than 60 days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded.

 

However, in the event that another booking can be secured in lieu of the cancellation for the same dates, refunds would be as follows:
